Adirondack® Alcohol Inks

I have started playing around with Adirondack® Alcohol Inks and some of their accessories. While there is a bit of a learning curve involved, I think these inks have the potential to make some fantastic cards. This heart was created while I was mucking around with the inks seeing what effects I could produce. I can't wait to see what else I can come up with.

  1. I absolutely love the look you achieved from the alcohol inks. I have seen them in the store but never really knew what they were or what effect they could make. I can't wait to buy some and try them out. Thank you for showing us a sample of what they can do. I'm excited to try them.

  2. They take some messing around with but with some practice you can do some awesome effects. You can Google alcohol inks and find a bunch of tutorials to get you started.

  3. Alcohol inks are one of my favorite mediums to with which to work. They have so much potential. I especially love to use them as a background or on acetate for the "transparent" or "stained glass" look. The best part is that even as you practice with them, they look amazing.

I look forward to seeing your future work with this medium, JennieGee! Maybe you should start a LTC swap for just Alcohol Ink cards!
