On your home page at AQ there is a headline page that will show a headline everytime someone who's blog you follow publishes a post. If you want to know everytime I update my blog with a new entry you can subscibe to this feature. you just go here:
http://www.atlasquest.com/people/blogs/blog.html?gBlogId=301
and click on the subscibe button, Then all you have to so is watch the headline section and it will show you everytime I update. Try it out!
